WHERE AND HOW DO YOU DELIVER?
We are aiming that UGi Dress Code products would reach customers around the world. It’s not that simple, but we are trying. We divided the world into two groups of countries:
Europe via DPD: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, GB.
The Rest Of The World via DHL or Post.
We deliver our products with the help or our partners. We use courier (DHL, DPD) service for most of our orders.
WHAT IT COSTS?
Delivery charges will depend on the country of delivery address and, the weight of your order. You will be given the options to choose from once you have your shopping bag finalized and you have filled in your delivery address. You could find all details in the tables below:

From 6.50 EUR per parcel depending on the weight and the country.
DO YOU MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched same or the next working day after receiving the payment. In the event that an item is not in stock, we will notify you of the production term and dispatch it as soon as it is custom made.
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
CAN I TRACK DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be able to track your order delivery status by DPD or DHL after receiving their tracking number. Go to their respective websites, where you can view the progress of your parcel as it moves towards your delivery address. It will also explain if there are any difficulties in getting your delivery to you.
