This website, found under the www.ugicode.com URL, is operated by UAB Tantas (“UGi Dress Code for HoReCa”) and references to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to UGi Dress Code for HoReCa. References to “you”, and “your” shall be deemed to be references to any person placing an order via this website.
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of www.ugicode.com without registering your details with us. You will be requested to register your details only when you would like to place your order. Registration is free and can be terminated at any time. When you register with us as a customer, please ensure that the details and information you provide to us are true, accurate and up-to-date. If any of the information you provide changes you must inform us immediately by emailing [email protected] or calling us. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false name or a name which you do not have the authority to use.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. 2. Ordering from us
2.1 When placing your order you will be required to provide both your delivery address and contact phone number. By placing an order with us you declare that you are: legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. 2.3 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. 3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Our prices are reviewed periodically and any changes will be implemented into our website at our discretion – your order confirmation will however confirm the final and total value/price of your purchase.
4. Cancellation and returns policy
4.1 if You wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you;
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund of goods you purchased from us. The delivery costs of your order and cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery” so they can be signed for.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
(a) in the event that the product has been used;
(b) to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
4.5 If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order and you contacted us within 48 hours replacement of the goods will be arranged or full refund will be issued (in this case we will also refund delivery costs of your order and cost of returning goods).
5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from www.ugicode.com for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on www.ugicode.com are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on www.ugicode.com are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
